Scope of delivery
Opticvue sends all of Spain peninsular and the Balearic Islands. If you want to make an order with destination outside this territory, you can write to us to info@opticvue.esto study personalized viability and logistics conditions.

Delivery deadlines

Peninsular Spain: between 1 and 3 business days
Balearic Islands: between 2 and 5 business days
Europe:between2 and 5 business days

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (except holidays). Those made outside work hours are managed the next business day.

In exceptional situations, such as demand peaks, holidays or logistics incidents, the term may extend. In any case, the client will be informed in advance.

Order monitoring
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a monitoring link as soon as your package comes out of the warehouse.

Transport agencies
We work with national logistics operators to guarantee rapid, safe and traceable deliveries. The assigned carrier may vary according to the destination and order volume.

Incidents in delivery
If you do not receive your order within the estimated period or detect any problem with the monitoring, you can contact us in info@opticvue.esindicating your order number. We will resolve the incidence as soon as possible.
