These general conditions will be accessible at all times from the web and will prevail over any other document that contradicts them, without prejudice to the provisions of current legislation.

Parts identity

On the other hand, the buyer, registered on the website through the form or making a purchase as a guest user, providing the necessary data to process the order.
Object of the contract
The object of the contract is to regulate the relationship between Opticvue and the buyer, which is perfected at the time the client accepts these conditions during the purchase process. The contractual relationship entails the delivery of a health product (contact lenses) in exchange for a certain price.
Customer responsibility
The client is obliged to:

Opticvue responsibility
Opticvue undertakes to respect the obligations established in these conditions and to offer a professional, transparent and safe service.
LANGUAGE
The contractual information is communicated in Spanish.
Electronic Document Archive
Orders made digitally internally. The client may request a copy of the invoice at any time.
Service availability
Opticvue sends Peninsular and Balearic Islands. For other destinations, the client can previously contact info@opticvue.esTo assess logistics conditions.
Legal guarantee
The products marketed by Opticvue are subject to the legal guarantee of conformity established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
Purchase procedure
The customer will select the desired products, add them to the cart, will complete the required data and make the payment through the available means.
Prices and payments
All prices include VAT. Payments will be accepted by credit/debit card, Applepay, through safe catwalks. Shipping costs are specified before the end of the purchase.
Availability and delivery
The products are subject to availability. The delivery period is 1 to 7 business days in peninsular Spain. The client will be informed of any incidence.

Right of withdrawal and changes
The customer can return any product, without opening, within the first 24 hours from delivery.

Products must be returned in reasonable conditions.

Returns have no cost.

The reimbursement is carried out within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

Customer data will be treated according to Opticvue's privacy policy, available on the website.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For consumers, the competent courts will be those of their home. For companies, the Courts of Elche (Alicante) are set as a result.
